Negotiation and Mediation

If your own efforts at negotiating a resolution aren't working and communication is breaking down,  we can assist with various dispute resolution processes aimed at keeping everyone out of court and with an outcome that is acceptable to both parties.

We offer No-Deal-No-Fee Negotiations and Mediation as low-cost options for Builders and Trades to resolve disputes as early as possible, so you can get back to work.
